[FREE] How To Verify Paypals [FREE]

Method One: For accounts that are already registered and need unlimiting - Time = "2-3" business days
Method Two: A bit easier, for accounts that are NOT made as yet - Time = Instantly

-----Method#1-----
1. Go to http://www.netspend.com and hit "Open An Account!"
2. Fill out the information needed to create an account.
3. Once you are a member log in and go to the tab "Add/Manage Money"
4. Hit "PayPal Transfers" and copy the bank number information provided.
5. Log into your PayPal account and hit "Get Verified!"
6. Paste the required information in the boxes.
7. Wait "2-3 business days" and you will receive two small payments under $1 from paypal to your netspend account
8. Go to paypal and finish the verification process by entering those two small ammounts.

-----Method#2-----
1. When registering your account, choose the country "United Kingdom"
2. After you registered, log on to your account and change your primary currancy back to USD
(account is not unlimited technically, but at least you can spend some money)

    I still need a credit card to get verified which I don't have, how do I go about that
